To make the best kebabs is important to prepare the meat cubes 3-4 cm wide all the same and the same size pieces of vegetables that we want interlayer (eg peppers, zucchini, eggplant).

Ingredients for 1 person:

2 chicken breasts, 1 pepper, 1 eggplant, 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, salt.
 
preparation:

Cut the chicken into pieces and regular salt it lightly. Reduce the diced eggplant and peppers prepared in small pieces after removing the seeds and inner white part. Prepare the chicken skewers, alternating with the peppers and eggplant and cook on a hot griddle, turning from time to time.

Before serving, drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy them hot.

If you want to make the dish for 4 people used 8 chicken breasts, 2 peppers, 2 eggplants and other ingredients to taste
